WOMEN INFANTS AND CHILDREN (WIC)
The WIC Provides women with milk, cereal, and juice for young children. Age limits vary with county and physical health of a child. Call 1-800-688-7777 or the number listed below for your county.

LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LEAP)
LEAP pays a percentage of heating costs for qualified low income residents. Applications accepted November 1st through April 30th. Call the number listed below for your county of residence.

SHARE COLORADO
(Self-Help and Resource Exchange)

SHARE colorado is a food resource program. You pay #13 cash or food stamps plus two hours of community service per share of food. You receive $26 worth of frozen meat, fresh fruits, and vegetables and staples (potatoes, beans, rice, onions). Anyone is eligible. Call for the location nearest you.

The following agencies provide assistance with food, clothing, utilities, rent, housing, furniture, deposits, prescriptions, and transportation (gas vouchers and bus tokens) on an emergency basis. Call the individual agency to find out if they offer the particular service you need.
