We highly encourage anyone seeking event support to review our library of resources before requesting event support.
The Office of University provides high-level support services in addition to training and resources for events. While we want to empower our campus community to coordinate their own events, we understand there is a certain level of expertise that goes into cultivating high-level, impactful events. Below you will find a tiered breakdown of each event support type.
Once a request has been submitted, the University Events team will review and determine the level of support we’re able to provide given the following tiers and availability. Within 2-4 business days, a representative from the team will follow up to confirm how we can move forward. While the University Events team may not always be able to provide full support to each event request, the team has cultivated a gallery of resources and best practices that can be found here.
