ITS activates network jacks for telephones and to connect to the Internet and MSU Denver's network. Installation of network jacks is completed by Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) Facilities Services.
If you want to have a network jack activated, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 303-352-7548 or submit a request online at support.msudenver.edu. If you need to have a network jack installed, please submit a work order with AHEC Facilities Services by selecting the Telecomunications Work Requests link on the AHEC iServiceDesk webpage.
