Drop-In Support
The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Design operates live virtual support hours via Teams for instructors looking for direct help with Canvas, Teams, or other tools related to online teaching. Our Instructional Design Support staff will be happy to help you solve a wide variety of issues in your Canvas course.
Please note: Between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday-Friday, the virtual drop-in hours are the best way to get immediate assistance with your online course, but you can also send us an email or leave a voicemail after hours and we will get back with you within one business day.
