First, check with your supervisor to ensure that your timesheet was approved by the deadline. If your supervisor successfully approved your timesheet then you should either contact the student employment team or Payroll Services for further assistance. If your supervisor forgot to approve your timesheet they may determine if they want to request a manual check.
You can access your pay slips by logging into Workday, viewing your profile, selecting Pay>Pay slips>View. You can also view a printer-friendly version by selecting Print or Print Multiple Pay slips.
In January W-2’s are mailed out by Payroll Services. You can also access your electronic copy of your W-2 by viewing your Workday profile, selecting Actions>Payroll>Tax Documents>View/Print.

First you need to notify your supervisor as soon as possible. Second, if you are normally scheduled to work on the day that you are to report, you will get paid only for the shift that you missed. You will need to turn in a copy of the court document showing that you did report in with your timesheet. Your supervisor will need to submit both documents to Payroll Services for processing.
