MSU Denver Strategic Planning 2025
You can’t accomplish great things without a great plan. That’s why I’m thrilled to be kicking off the process to develop and launch MSU Denver’s Strategic Plan 2025.
Vice President of Strategy Cathy Lucas and Matt Makley, Ph.D, professor of history and president of Faculty Senate, will co-chair this 18-month effort, which will produce goals and objectives that serve as a roadmap on our journey to becoming the model urban university in the nation.
We will be using a collaborative strategic planning model, with a focus on engaging our entire diverse and talented campus community, as well as external stakeholders. We are also committed to being as transparent as possible throughout the process, communicating regularly through the Early Bird and this website.
Your engagement is essential in our success. I encourage you to get involved in the strategic planning effort by volunteering for a subcommittee, attending an event or sharing your feedback.
With the Colorado community continuing to grow and evolve, MSU Denver needs to ensure that we are also adapting to meet the changing needs of our students and state. Together, we can redefine what is possible in higher education. I look forward to working with you.
