Amy Middleton is the Director of the Office of Social Work Student Services at MSU Denver. She is an alumna of MSU Denver, receiving a BA in Art in 2008, and went on to earn her MS in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. Amy has been with the Department of Social Work since 2001 and is recognized for her leadership in the implementation and development of the MSW Program's business plan and enrollment model as well as the conceptualizing and founding the Office of Social Work Student Services, Administration and Finance.

Bailee Bannon Murray is a Colorado native who is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with MSU Denver Social Work students! She received her B.S. in Human Development from Colorado State University in Fort Collins in 2010 and an M.A. in Student Affairs and Higher Education from University of Colorado - Colorado Springs in 2013.

Bailee has experience at a variety of public and private institutions in various student affairs roles and has a passion for supporting students while they pursue their educational goals. She joined the Department of Social Work in 2014 and has enjoyed being a part of the continued development of the Office of Social Work Student Services (OSWSS).

In her free time, Bailee enjoys reading, going to concerts, skiing, and nature walking with friends and family.

Because I value the role higher education plays in a person's life I do my best each day to support students as they pursue their degrees and that's why I'm an Associate Director in the Office of Social Work Student Services

Key Areas on the OSWSS-AF Team:  Provides advising and student support programming for prospective and current MSW students, as well as recruits new students and maintains alumni engagement after graduation.


After working in both the higher education and social work fields for over 10 years, Claire combined her interests and joined the Department of Social Work at MSU Denver. Originally from Chicago, Claire received her BS in Communication Studies from Ball State University and her MA in Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She describes herself as a seeker who is always learning, and finds that working in a university environment allows her to support others who have similar passions. In her free time, Claire can be found reading, doing genealogy, and drinking good coffee. 

Because I value the voices within our community, I listen to others, and that's why I'm part of the Department of Social Work team.

Coordinates marketing and recruiting efforts and materials. Provides advising and admissions support for prospective BSSW and MSW Program students, and facilitates processing for both programs.


Caitlin is an alumna of MSU Denver, graduating with a BA in Promotional Strategy Design. Caitlin got her start with the Department of Social Work as a student office assistant and developed a passion for supporting the faculty, staff, and students within the department. A lifelong learner, Caitlin is delighted to be working in higher education helping others reach their educational goals. As a specialist within the Office of Social Work Student Services, Caitlin’s work focuses on marketing, recruiting, admissions, and advising prospective students for both the undergraduate and graduate programs.

Caitlin has always been a bookworm and spends quite a bit of her free time with her nose in a book. When not reading, she also enjoys attending live theatre, crochet, acting, playing tabletop games, and spending time with friends and family.

Because I value caring for and supporting others I want to help others achieve their dreams and that's why I'm a student support specialist.

Key Areas on the OSWSS-AF Team: Advising and retention initiatives for undergraduate students. Including prospective and current Social Work majors and minors. Also working with and engaging Social Work alumni. 


Paige is an Advising, Retention and Alumni Specialist and lead for BSSW Advising in the Office of Social Work Student Services at MSU Denver and is continuously excited to be a part of this accessible, student success focused regional comprehensive institution and the equity focused change agent mentality of the Department of Social Work. Paige is excited to be a team member in this department especially to support the learning and success of students who will be important change agents in the field of social work.

Paige earned her Bachelor's degree in Gender and Women's Studies and Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies and her Master's degree in Higher Education with an emphasis in Diversity in Higher Learning both from the University of Denver. Paige is interested in melding both research and practice within higher education and as a research practitioner she will be focusing on implementing empirically based research and models into intentional initiatives for which she is charged.

Paige grew up in colorful Colorado and loves to enjoy all the state has to offer! Including hiking, biking, camping, snowboarding, gardening, and playing with her two beautiful bunnies!
