MSU Denver Continues to Produce Record Number of Graduates

Board Approves New Undocumented Tuition Rate

Metropolitan State College of Denver’s Board of Trustees voted at its June 7 meeting to approve the 2012-13 tuition rates for its resident and non-resident students, including the creation of an unsubsidized tuition category: Colorado High School/GED Tuition Rate. Under state law, Metro State has the authority to set tuition rates.

The Arvada Sunrise Rotary and Metropolitan State College of Denver have joined forces to establish a new food bank that provides weekend food distribution to 600+ students from two Denver Public School (DPS) elementary schools, Fairview and Columbian. The groceries will include nonperishables such as tuna, canned fruit and vegetables, pasta, and dried goods.



Metro State assumes sponsorship of medical laboratory science program

Marriott Foundation Gives $1 Million to Support Metro State Hotel and Hospitality Learning Center

Marriott Foundation has committed $1 million to support the College’s new Hotel and Hospitality Learning Center (HLC). In recognition of this gift, the new conference space will be named The J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott Foundation Conference Center.



Erin Trapp appointed to Vice President of Advancement and External Relations at Metropolitan State College of Denver
