The Department of Human Services and Counseling prepares students to become competent, self-reflective practitioners in the delivery of human services.

The core of the curriculum is an emphasis on experiential learning in the classroom and through intensive field experience and study abroad opportunities. Our core classes are mental health based, giving students the option to specialize in addiction concentration for area of focus.
