California is the largest wine producing state in the US, making more than 90% of all American wine. This class focuses on demystifying California's major wines and its most famous wine-producing regions. We'll cover topics such as geography, geology, climates, specific grapes, grape growing and wine making techniques for each region. Come learn the basics of this state's world-class offerings and taste great samples of each.
