Cooking for Two
Facilitated by Kimberly Smith
This hands-on learning experience will expose students to cooking smaller portions and learning strategies for how to work as a team while preparing a meal. Topics to be covered include: portion size, dividing tasks, and tips to transforming leftovers into a new meal. This course is great for everyone; from young adults just starting out to empty nesters used to cooking larger portions to friends that want to cook together. Come learn, cook, and EAT!
