Spanish for Travel

Designed for beginners, this introduction to basic conversational Spanish for personal travel helps build the confidence to communicate directly with locals when traveling in Spain, Latin America or any region where Spanish is the dominant language. This course includes 8 hours of in-class time, along with 16 hours of self-guided activities that you can complete at your own pace.

The Art of the Theatre

Live theatre can be entertaining, suspenseful and thought-provoking. This course will explore playwriting, acting, directing and designing through discussion and one-on-one activities, as well as the opportunity to attend a dress rehearsal with the MSU Denver Theatre Department.

Fitness After 50

This three-day course combines lecture, discussion and demonstrations that will place an emphasis on goal setting, designing an exercise program and establishing a routine for warm-up, balance, core and strength training. Come dressed in exercise attire and be ready to move!

Police/Community Relationships

Explore the history of policing and how that influences police-community relationships today. This course will provide a historical overview of policing in the United States that covers the political, professional and community policing eras. We will explore how policing methods have shaped police-citizen interactions today, as well as technological advancements and new methodology to help improve policing.
