Jason has over twenty years experience working in hospitality, with the majority of that being in the kitchen. From working in a large 5-Star, 5-Diamond hotel to Realis & Chateau inns, private restaurants, catering companies, and working as a personal chef to professional athletes, Jason brings a vast span of knowledge and skills.
Served as a private chef to 5 different Denver Broncos, four of which were part of the Super Bowl 50 team in 2015. Jason was offered this job through MSU Denver after developing solid, professional relationships with chef instructors of the school while he was a student.
Anything from the hard rock era of the 80’s and 90’s, and bluesy, dirty rock like Rival Sons, Dirty Honey, or Goodbye June.
Jason loves spending time with his family, bowling, bicycling, and golf. He also really likes developing recipes the school can use in classes or for events.
Jason wants to travel more, and really loves going anywhere with hot humid weather, hot sun and beaches.
