Meet Bernardo!

Bernardo is the coordinator of the Brewery Operations Program at the School of Hospitality. Bernardo’s professional interests include social impact and distribution in the craft beer industry, brewing science, technology, operation, and sustainability. He helps in the brewing of student beer at our own Charlie Papazian Brewing Education Lab. Prior to MSU Denver, Bernardo held operations and quality positions in breweries from one thousand to two hundred and seventy million gallons per year, over a span of 30 years.
