Our students can pursue multiple paths based on their individual life goals.
The Integrative Healthcare program at Metropolitan State University of Denver is the first Bachelor of Science in Integrative Healthcare in the United States. Our faculty take a holistic approach in helping students to explore personal values, identify a common thread of inquiry and determine best fit career options. The Integrative Healthcare program (IHC) offers a Bachelors of Science through a major or an extended major. The program also offers a minor in IHC and a certificate in Wellness Coaching. In addition, faculty work with the Center for Individualized Learning to offer an incubator minor in Wellness Coaching with a lifestyle medicine focus.
Students who wish to become a healthcare practitioner will need to continue their education after graduation from MSU Denver and receive additional training.
