Wellness is an active process of becoming aware and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. This pursuit enhances all aspects of life, allowing an individual to cope with the stresses of school and everyday life.

The Health Center at Auraria offers many programs to help Auraria Campus thrive. Whether it is through events, workshops, Healthy Pursuits Mind Body Fitness classes, Classroom Presentations or the e-magazine, Student Health 101, there are a plethora of ways that you can connect to a healthier you.

Wellness Redefined - Financial Wellness | March 19 | 12:30pm-2:00pm

Learn skills to manage your budget and explore financial health to reduce your stress levels. Free lunch will be provided. Register on the Health Center mainpage and learn about the additional workshops in this series. 


Spring Break Mind Body Fitness Classes

Yoga and ZUmba classes will be available during Spring Break, March 25 - March 28 from 12:30 - 1:20 as follows. 

  • Monday/Wednesday: Yoga with Gabby
  • Tuesday/Thursday: Zumba with Cathy

Mind Body Fitness Classes

Pilates, Yoga and Zumba classes available at no charge and all equipment is provided. View the Spring Schedule for class times and locations. (Mind Body Fitness classes are color coded green.)
