Yoga for Anxiety and Sleep, September 12th | Tivoli 640 | 12:30pm – 2:00pm

Receive invaluable tools to manage anxiety, stress and insomnia by learning and practicing effective yogic tools proven to aid in reducing stress and improving sleep patterns. This workshop is blend of lecture, discussion and simple yoga practices including postures, breathing techniques and meditation or Yoga Nidra.
