Arranges appointments with private attorneys for individuals seeking legal assistance. A $25 referral fee will be charged for the first one-half hour conference with the attorney. If further legal service is required, fee arrangements will need to be made between the client and attorney.

The clinic provides free mediation and arbitration services to people who have a dispute they have been unable to resolve—landlord/tenant issues, neighbor relations, etc. The clinic does not mediate divorce or child custody disputes. Law students handle civil and criminal cases for low-income people. Civil cases include landlord/tenant, public benefits (TANF, social security, food stamps), temporary restraining orders, and family law. Criminal cases include DUI/DWI and misdemeanor offenses.
