‌First Year Success (FYS) strives to provide students with the tools, experiences and skills they need to enhance their ability to excel not just in the first year, but throughout college and beyond. Built around the concept of “learning communities” (paired or clustered classes with the same students in each class), FYS promotes a collegial relationship between peers, mentors and professors. A wide array of co-curricular programming targeted to the first year student population further builds this sense of community while providing connections to campus resources, important information, and entertainment. Everything we do is based on the belief that each of our students has the potential to flourish as achievers and leaders on campus and in the community. We’re just here to help.

We’re happy you’re here. Go Roadrunners!
