It's a great day to be a Roadrunner! The Facilities Planning team is happy to help you find the perfect space for your next event, presentation, or meeting. Both the Student Success Building and Aerospace and Engineering Sciences Building have a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces. Take a look below to see what's available!


Student Success Building

Level 1:

  • Main Lobby (Capacity: 150)
  • Roadrunner Tour Room (Capacity: 25, after 5 p.m. usage only)
  • Student Lounge (Capacity: 35, after 5 p.m. usage only)
  • Exterior Patio 
  • Exterior Lawn 

Level 2:

  • Mezzanine (Capacity: 50)
  • Classroom (Capacity: 24, contact Shae Ellis at 303-615-1699 or email sellis35@msudenver.edu)
    • SSB classroom 200, 202-215 (capacity: 24)
  • Classroom Corridor (Information table usage only)

NOTE:

  • The room capacities listed above are based on standing room only. Different event setups may impact ratios.
  • Classrooms reservations are dependent on availability of classroom space and course schedules.

Level 1

  • Forum (Capacity: 65, after hours usage only)
