Is this Stress? Really!?!

Stress is inevitable and can manifest itself in many different ways, impacting both mental and physical health. This workshop will provide the opportunity to identify sources of stress; observe less obvious manifestations of stress; and learn techniques for managing stress effectively.

Succeeding Despite Bipolar Depression

Bipolar Depression can be challenging but can be managed with the right types of interventions and support. This workshop will provide an overview of the signs and symptoms, provide opportunity to discuss some of the challenges, and offer treatment and coping strategies.

Dream Interpretation

People have been trying to make sense and meaning out of their dreams for a long time.  Have you ever wondered what your dreams mean?  What do they say about you and your conscious waking life?  Participants will get to share dreams they have had and we will try to interpret and make sense of them.  We also talk about sleep physiology, sleep talking and sleepwalking, common images and themes in dreams.
