Self-Help Resources


Self-Help resources do provide much factual educational materials on a variety of mental health topics. They provide a good perspective and context for understanding issues that are germane to the human condition. Obtaining such a perspective helps to reduce stress and diminish worry as students can more readily decide whether further follow-up care is warranted. These include Apps, Videos, Ted Talks, and informational pamphlets, and links to professional websites that provide suggestions and coping strategies.
