Admissions inquiries and feedback are handled strictly by e-mail or phone. Students seeking admissions counseling should first read through the Minimum Application Requirements document that is organized as a self-assessment checklist for individuals interested in making application. Once an applicant has completed the self-assessment checklist and questions remain, these should be directed to an admission's counselor via e-mail or phone as listed on this website. There is no on-site counseling available at the program facilities.
Applications for admission are screened as they are received by the CCMLS Office of Admissions and Records. Screening for summer admission begins approximately 1 year prior to the June - summer semester - start date and continues until all positions are filled. Although applications are accepted year round, it is advantageous to submit application materials one year prior to the June start date. Once all positions for a designated start date are filled, admission eligible applications are kept in active status in the event additional positions become available.
Interested individuals should download the application instructions and required forms. A completed application folder consists of the application for admission, official college transcripts, three applicant evaluation forms, a verification of degree status form, narrative statement, résumé and the processing fee. Interviews for applicants meeting the CCMLS minimum application requirements are scheduled only after the admission folder is complete. Tuition and fees are subject to change without notice.
