Summer 2019 Membership Rates

Guests aged 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
NOTE: Members will need to have an ID card to gain access into the fitness center and programs. Current MSU Denver, CU Denver and CCD ID cards can be used. If you do not qualify for one of these cards (such as spouse, alumni or community member), you can purchase a Campus Recreation Membership card next door at Tivoli Station for $22. Keep in mind lines to purchase these photo IDs can get long at the beginning of semesters.
Train for a 5K or 10K race with running workouts led in a group format. Program Fee includes a t-shirt & registration to the Monster Dash 5k or 10k run on Saturday, October 26th, 2019. Pacesetter running workouts will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from noon-1 p.m. September 3–October 24, 2019.

ADULT AND PEDIATRIC
CPR, FIRST AID, AED CLASSES
Each course includes Adult & Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and AED training, and will prepare you to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies. The blended courses include both online work and a classroom skills session. After completing the course you will receive a certificate for Adult & Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and AED that expires 2 years from date of completion.

This workshop provides state-of-the-art information in the exercise sciences, including updated ACSM and industry guidelines as well as behavioral objectives, dimensions of wellness and more. This is the ultimate hands-on preparation for those looking to obtain a personal trainer certification. Participants have the option for either a three-day or one-day option. This is a preparation workshop only and registration for the ACSM CPT exam is an additional fee. Save $30 on the ACSM Certified Personal Trainer exam when you register through FitnessEdNet.
