Enrollment Services Call Center Job Opportunities
The Enrollment Services Call Center at Metropolitan State University of Denver plays an important role in prospective and current students’ education. In our office we must collaborate to provide fast, friendly, accurate information to our students via phone, chat, and text.
The primary function of the Call Center is to answer phone calls received through the University’s main phone line menu. The Call Center will have 4 queues that answer the phone lines for the following service areas:
- Financial Aid
- General Information
The following positions are available:
- Call Center Specialist – Student employees that provide frontline service primarily via phone and chat. Employees will project a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude over the phone and via chat while providing accurate, timely, and current Enrollment Services information.
