Non-Degree Students

After You've Been Admitted

As a Non-Degree Student


1) Get Your Student ID Number

You will receive your Student ID Number in your digital and mailed acceptance letter. You can also get your Student ID Number from the Office of Admissions.

2) Follow Instructions on My First Login

Get your NetID and PIN to set up your student email account and access your Student Hub. Please check your MSU Denver student email account regularly for important messages.

3) Register for Classes

Non-degree students can register for classes on the Student Hub. If your course requires a prerequisite, you must provide college transcripts directly to the course's academic department beforehand.

4) Visit Tivoli for Your Books and Student ID Card

Purchase books and supplies at Tivoli Station. Secure your Student ID card in Tivoli, Room 205. Items needed: $22 (cash or credit/debit), valid photo ID and a copy of your class schedule.

5) Pay Your Tuition

Pay tuition and fees via the Student Hub or at the Cashier’s Office located in the Jordan Student Success Building, Room 140, by 5 p.m. on the Friday before classes begin.

Review Other Requirements

All students should carefully review and complete any necessary steps regarding Health Insurance Requirements and Immunization Requirements.
