This course provides a comprehensive exploration of hotel leadership principles, focusing on the critical areas of hotel operations, food and beverage operations, and event operations. Through a blend of theoretical foundations, case studies, and practical applications, participants will develop the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in hotel management. Emphasis will be placed on practical leadership strategies tailored to the dynamic demands of the hotel industry.

Course Objectives Upon completing this course, participants will:
- Implement and oversee the day-to-day functions of a hotel, including front desk operations, housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance.
- Cultivate a guest-centric approach, emphasizing active listening, effective communication, and personalized service to exceed guest expectations.
- Develop crisis response plans and strategies to handle unforeseen situations in a hotel setting.
- Integrate sustainable and ethical principles into hotel operations, demonstrating a commitment to environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
