MSU Denver continues to have an impact on and off campus.

Publish Date: November 11, 2016

In February, AACSB International — The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business announced that MSU Denver had earned accreditation for its College of Business. Fewer than 5 percent of the world’s business programs have earned AACSB accreditation, which is a hallmark of excellence in business education. In addition to achieving accreditation, the College of Business will offer a Master of Business Administration degree beginning in spring 2017.

Achieving accreditation entails a process of rigorous internal review, engagement with an AACSB-assigned mentor and peer review. During the multiyear process, the institution focuses on developing and implementing a plan to align with AACSB’s accreditation standards. These standards require excellence in areas relating to strategic management and innovation; student, faculty and staff as active participants; learning and teaching; and academic and professional engagement.
