NCAA Div. II Athletics & Club Sports

If athletics is more your game, look no further than MSU Denver. We’ve got everything for student-athletes, avid club sports players and even the consummate fan of baseball, basketball, cross country and track, soccer, swimming and diving, tennis, softball or volleyball.

In addition to four NCCA Division II national championships (women’s soccer: 2004 and 2006, men’s basketball: 2000 and 2002), MSU Denver student-athletes have some of the highest graduation rates in the country. For example, 92 percent of our men’s basketball team players graduate, compared to the NCAA average of 43 percent.

The club sports and intramural program provides students, faculty, and staff with opportunities to promote and develop their individual athletic interests with others who share the same interests. Some of our organized teams include: men’s ice hockey, cycling, lacrosse, soccer and martial arts.
