Adaptive Fitness Participant with Personal Trainer

Adaptive Fitness Programs at Campus Recreation provides one-on-one personal training for students, faculty and staff with disabilities.  Individual programs are designed and implemented to provide a safe, fun and effective workouts for people who need assistance with their workout programs.  All training sessions are 60 minutes long and are conducted either in our fitness center or fitness loft space.  All new participants must complete an enrollment packet and meet with their physician to get medical clearance before starting in the program.  Space is limited in the program and based on the availability of Campus Recreation student personal trainers.
