Civic Engagement Program

We are pleased to announce that the Center for Urban Connections is now called the Civic Engagement Program which is part of the Applied Learning Center.  The Applied Learning Center houses four program areas; Internships, Service Learning, Undergraduate Research, and now Civic Engagement.  Please visit the Applied Learning Center website for complete program information:

  Apply for funding for student initiated, community based projects.

Receive scholarship, professional development and project support funds to create and sustain a community based project.


American Democracy Project

Get involved with programs designed to teach civic skills, knowledge, and motivation at local, regional, national, and global scales.
