The Discovery Ambassadors are an organization within the MSU Denver Student Alumni Association. Discovery Ambassadors are front-line student liaisons to alumni, friends, faculty, and staff of MSU Denver. This year, our program is focusing on increasing faculty and staff giving and engagement. We visit with members of the MSU Denver campus community to learn more about them, help them find ways to increase their impact on the Univeristy through monthly giving, and share how we can better support them.
Meet the Ambassadors
I am a Therapeutic Recreation major graduating next spring. I have worked in the Annual Fund Call Center for the past two years. I enjoy getting opportunities to speak to people who have had a positive experience with MSU Denver and want to continue to have an impact on current and future Roadrunners. I have a passion for helping people. When I graduate, I want to work somewhere that I feel I am making a difference everyday.
I am currently a sophomore studying Art and Anthropology. I graduated high school in 2015 and have been involved with the University since that summer, starting out with the Reach a Roadrunner program. I love meeting new people in ways that I know are beneficial. My end goal is to become a children's book illustrator, and I believe MSU Denver will grant me the support I need to achieve that goal.

I am a senior at MSU Denver and involved with a plethora of studies; outside of Theatre, I am also a student of History and Philosophy. I'm excited to be part of such a successful team at the Alumni Association and I love being involved in many of the activities happening within the University, including performances for the MSU Denver Theater Department. Being involved in this institution has been nothing short of an honor and I strive to succeed, so it too can succeed!

I am currently a senior here at MSU Denver and have loved everything about Metro! I am studying early childhood education and have a passion to make a difference in children's lives! I also have a passion working in the alumni department here at Metro in the call center and doing the discovery program to make a difference and an impact on this campus. I feel very grateful for all of the opportunities I have here at the University!

I am currently pursuing a degree in Fundraising and Promotional Strategies with hopes of one day running my own Annual Fund at an urban institution like MSU Denver. There is something so rewarding about being able to give someone the gift of a life changing education. After graduation I plan to get an MBA and one day pursue a doctoral degree in higher education. This university has truly changed my life and I feel responsible for paying it forward to other passionate students like me.
